Q. What if I don’t have a Rewards Card?
A. Jiffy Rewards cards are free! Just sign up and get your Jiffy Rewards card immediately at any participating Jiffy Mart location.
Q. When do my rewards points start counting?
A. Immediately. As soon as you sign up Jiffy mart will give you 100 Bonus points on your first transaction to get you going on earning your first gas discounts!
Q. If I haven’t used my card in awhile, do I lose my points?
A. If not used, points will expire 12 months after being issued.
Q. Does my Jiffy Mart Rewards card expire?
A. No.
Q. How do I know what rewards are available?
A. You can check at the store to find out what specials we have running or just look for anwsers on this site.
Q. How do I redeem my Jiffy Rewards points?
A. It’s easy to redeem your points. Whenever you are fueling up or buying a product inside the store you will be prompted "do you want to redeem you points?". The choice is up to you...redeem or not!
Q. If I prepay for gas why doesn't my points get added to the Rewards card?
A. You have to complete the transaction at the pump before your points are rewarded. The system can't add the points until it knows that you were able to pump all the gas you prepaid for.
Q. What if I don't have my Jiffy Rewards card, how can I get my points?
A. When you sign up for your Jiffy Rewards card we ask for your phone number. The reason for this is that if you misplace your card or forget it, you can enter in your telephone number and the system will allow you to redeem you points and will award points to your card based on the telephone number.
Q. If Jiffy Mart is running a Jiffy Rewards sweepstakes how do I enter?
A. If Jiffy Rewards is running a sweepstakes every time you use your rewards card you will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes one time. The winners will be computer drawn at the close of the sweepstakes and the winner(s) contacted.
Q. I am having a problem at the pump when using my Rewards card and Credit card, why?
A. When at the pump, the system takes a few moments after you swipe your Jiffy Reward card to contact the host and come back with the information on your account. If you try to insert your credit card before you are prompted by the card reader it can't process the information because it is still working on contacting the host for the Jiffy Teward card information.
